Photo tips: use a clear, recent, front-facing passport photo on a plain background. JPG or PNG, up to 10 MB. iPhone users: if your photo is in HEIC format, go to Settings → Camera → Formats → Most Compatible and take the photo again, or take a screenshot of it and upload the screenshot. After choosing the file, click Upload, then Update Profile.
Upload a clear, recent passport photograph. It appears on your G3HUB ID card and your profile.
- Plain light background, face centred and looking at the camera
- JPG or PNG, up to 3 MB
- After uploading, open My ID Card & Certificates to see your card with the new photo
